Back to old love

Your touch on my skin

The freshness in the air

You made the days brighter

Nights- right out of a fairy tale

I’d sit with my coffee

And stare at you for hours

Or clicked on my boots

And run along the showers.

It was light. It was playful.

Nothing can compare.

Then I left. I missed you.

Told my friends, I did. Time and again.

Narkesgatan 8, Stockholm, Sweden

Now I am back where I started

Back where I belong.

As the seasons turned

An old sensation came fleeting along.

Kindling memories. Familiarity.

Rooted deep inside.

Passion, that it never brought before

Now surrounds me on all sides.

In the touch, the words, in the expanse,

movements, determination and the climax.

I am back with my old love — the monsoon -

In this embrace I now reside,

Snowflakes held my heart for long,

Its time to say a final good-bye.
